UNEP Evaluation Synthesis Report 2022–2023 synthesizes findings from 46 evaluations of UNEP programmes and projects worldwide, assessing performance, results, and recurring challenges. The report highlights trends related to effectiveness, sustainability, gender equality, and environmental safeguards, and supports organizational learning and results-based decision-making in line with UNEP’s Medium-Term Strategy 2022–2025.
